• Contact form processor — messages sent through our Contact form are transmitted via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree acts on our behalf and processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Internal team members at Beyonder who need the information to respond to your inquiry.
• Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

5. International Data Transfers

Because our analytics and marketing tools are provided by international companies (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Turkey, including the United States. Where this occurs, these providers rely on their own compliance mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard your data. Contact form submissions are also transmitted through Formspree, a service provider based in the United States, so your form data may be transferred there. As Beyonder exports to 21 countries, contact form data may also be processed by our internal team in connection with inquiries related to those markets.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Contact form submissions: retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, or as required to fulfill a business relationship.
• Analytics data (GA4, Clarity): retained according to each provider's default retention settings (typically 14–26 months), after which it is automatically deleted or anonymized.
• Cookie consent record: retained for up to 12 months, after which we will ask for your preference again.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
