Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Beyonder Textile ("the Company", "Beyonder") acts as the data controller for the personal data processed as described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

When you submit our Contact form, the following personal data is processed:

• Full name
• Company name (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number, including country code (optional)
• Service of interest (optional)
• The content of your message

In addition, when you visit our website, certain usage data (pages viewed, device/browser information, approximate location) may be processed through cookies, subject to your consent. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Evaluating and responding to the inquiries you submit,
• Communicating with you regarding our fabric, yarn, hotel textile, and corporate uniform sourcing services,
• Sharing quotes, information, or documentation upon your request,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations,

in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary for the purposes above, with our domestic suppliers, business partners, and — where required — competent public authorities, in accordance with Article 8 of KVKK.

As Beyonder exports to 21 countries, data related to your inquiry may be shared with relevant business partners abroad, limited strictly to what your request requires. Website usage data may also be transferred abroad through the analytics tools we use (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag), in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK and applicable Personal Data Protection Board decisions, with appropriate safeguards in place. Contact form submissions are transmitted through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), a service provider that delivers your message to our email inbox. Accordingly, the data you submit through the form is transferred abroad, in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the Contact form on our website, based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of KVKK, namely that processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, and/or necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

6. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK

As a data subject, under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information about the processing, if any,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your data is transferred,
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK,
• Request that the above corrections/deletions be notified to third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data.

7. How to Submit a Request

You may submit requests relating to the rights above, together with identifying documentation, to info@beyondertextile.com or in writing to Anadolu Mah. Atıcılar Cad. No:44, Bursa, Turkey. Requests will be concluded free of charge, as promptly as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
